Success Story Sigma is the absolute leader of Cooked Ham, Turkey and Sausage in Mexico through prestigious brands like FUD and La Villita. GC&A Group was hired by this Mexican Conglomerate to set up operations in the United States and to launch the FUD and La Villita Brand. Incorporated for Sigma a US Subsidiary Sigma Foods Inc. to be operated and managed by GC&A Group at our Houston offices. Created and executed the initial Business Development Plan for the Meat and Dairy lines. Developed for Sigma the adequate infrastructure of Chilled and Frozen Public Storage Facilities at the US–Mexico Border. Designed the complete Marketing and Business Plan for Sigma in the US including, line selection, pricing and promotional programs, specification sheets, Hispanic event participation schedules. Presented and obtained final authorization to sell FUD and La Villita brands at all Chain and Independent Stores in the Texas Market. Hired and trained specialized personnel to service stores. Advised and facilitated all Sigma Mexican executives to obtain the proper visas to work legally in the United States. |
